With over 14 years of experience in coaching and a proven legacy in bodybuilding, my mission is to guide people of all ages, backgrounds, and health conditions toward their strongest, healthiest, and most confident selves. Since 2011, more than 14 years, I’ve coached countless ladies to achieve not only physical goals but true life-changing results — mentally and physically.
I’ve competed in 9 IFBB and NPC championships, earning titles in each, including a first-place win in 2019. In 2020, I was honored by Sheikh Duaij Al Khalifa Al Sabah for my international achievements and dedication to coaching excellence.
